The Ashmolean  (Ashmolean Museum. Oxford, England, United Kingdom)
Britain's "oldest public museum" has a fine ceramics collection, ranging from prehistoric pieces through to English delftware, European porcelain, and the Marshall Collection of Worcester porcelain. The latter is the largest and most comprehensive collection of early Worcester porcelain in existence. The Museum's PotWeb shows selected pieces, while the ANU's ArtServe shows more Ashmolean ceramics.

The Bard Graduate Center  (New York City, New York, United States)
This research institute, part of Bard College, studies 'the human past' through decorative arts, design and culture. It's Gallery hosts important exhibitions such as Hungarian Ceramics from the Zsolnay Manufactory, 1853-2001; Meissen Porcelain for European Courts, ca. 1710-63; and Discovering the Secrets of Soft-Paste Porcelain at The Saint-Cloud Manufactory. Catalogues are available via their online shop.

Several Departments include ceramics; for example, the Department of Medieval and Modern Europe has pieces from Sèvres, Meissen, Rozenburg, etc. Guided and audio tours available, plus virtual tours and images from a searchable database.
